The 63rd annual ASIS seminar and expo is now in the books, after what appears to be a fun and informative time in Dallas, Texas.
Now onto next year in La Vegas, Nevada:
As you may know, the IFPO was at ASIS17, and in addition to spreading the word about its wide array of security certifications, the IFPO and Purdue made a major announcement, joining forces to further education among the world's protection officers.

IFPO Immediate Past President Tom Conley, who kicked off the press conference on Wednesday, summed up the partnership between the IFPO and Purdue University Global thus:
"This is an absolute, huge, industry-changing event, because it will not only add college credit, meaning regional accredited credits, to all IFPO certifications, but it will also give IFPO certificates and members a discount to a legitimate college degree."
