From FoxNewsInsider:

On "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) said nothing is adding up in the Las Vegas massacre investigation and he smells "a rat."

"Recently, I've been made aware of what I believe to be credible evidence or credible information regarding potential terrorist infiltration through the southern border regarding this incident," Perry said.

He pointed out that ISIS warned of an attack on the U.S. twice in the months before the massacre, and then went on to claim responsibility for the attack multiple times.

"Meanwhile, the local law enforcement investigative services are telling us there is no terrorist connection, lone gunman," Perry said. "Something's not adding up."

Catherine Lombardo, an attorney for victims of the massacre, said she's seen no evidence of terrorist involvement and she called on Perry to come forward with any evidence.

"With all due respect, congressman, unless you have specific evidence to back that up, it seems a bit irresponsible to ... make that assertion," Lombardo said. "If you do have any evidence of that, I'm asking you right now to share it with us and tell us what that is."

"I have received what I feel to be and what I believe to be credible evidence of a possible terrorist nexus," Perry said. "And we're going to have to wait until that situation develops."

He argued that at least a portion of the investigation should be spent looking into and debunking ISIS's claim of responsibility, but that hasn't happened.
