After a shocking video captured a security guard at the Chargers-Raiders appearing to masturbate in December, the man has finally pled guilty to a lewd act in public, ABC 10 News reports.

The man, whose name has not been released, was sentenced to three years probation and counseling for what court documents called “sexual component.” He also does not have to register as a sex offender.

Kim Cruz-Schmidt, a woman in attendance at the Chargers game in December, captured the incident and shared the video on her Facebook page at the time.

The guard’s hand was shown clearly going into his pants while he stood by the Chargers cheerleaders who were performing at the time.

When the video went viral, both the Chargers and Elite Services, the security company, looked into the incident.

Elite Services fired the man following the incident while the man also gave up his security guard license two weeks after what happened on the field.

According to ABC 10 News, the man does not have a previous criminal record.
