The charges date back to Nov. 8, when Pouliot was arrested after allegedly refusing to leave the hospital after being discharged around 9 p.m., according to the arrest report.

She was "being disorderly and creating a scene before a large crowd (10 to 15 people) in the waiting area," the report said.

When two security officers attempted to escort her out, Pouliot slapped one and tried to punch the other, leading to her arrest by Springfield police, the report said.

She was booked at police headquarters and released for arraignment on Nov. 9.

When Pouliot failed to appear, an arrest warrant was issued and recalled when she came to court Wednesday.

Judge William Boyle
released her on personal recognizance and continued the case for a pretrial conference on Dec. 27.
