Fire Safety Basics
Fire prevention is a traditional task of the private protection
or security officer. As someone responsible for protecting
lives and property, you should be aware of the real threat
of fire in the workplace. This course will focus on the
components of fire, classes of fires, fire extinguishers,
an overview of HAZMAT and fire hazards, as well as emergency
response procedures. The initial response to a fire can
be crucial in determining the extent of damage, injury,
or death.
Each student will receive a Record of Training at the end
of these programs. The student may then purchase an IFPO
Certificate of Completion for $10.00 upon request.
