Public Events Specialty Program
In keeping up to date on current issues, topics covered
in this series illuminate the challenges officers must consider
in the areas of security, terrorism and "critical incident
management." Building upon the OBT level of training,
this career track includes 5 hours of specialty coursework
in Public Events II, Public Events III, Public Events IV,
Interviews and Interrogations, and First Aid. The courses
are delivered On-line or in CD-ROM format.
