From PrivateOfficerBreakingNews: Richard Chavez of Lake Havasu City, AZ, was cited for disorderly conduct and assault on Saturday, May 14. According to reports, Chavez argued with security at the Nautical Inn and attempted to start a fight after he was asked to leave the property for being too intoxicated.
