Castle Defense's Certified Security Operations Specialist (CSOS) course, previously scheduled for this fall, has been rescheduled for Jan. 22-24, 2021 at the Force Center in Immokalee, Florida.
The CSOS presents an overview of several important security industry applications, including bomb threat response, checkpoint operations and active attacker threat response. It is geared toward those looking to break into the security industry, but also houses of worship security and even those already established in security, law enforcement and executive protection.
The 3-day course offers 24 continuing education credit hours for law enforcement (restrictions apply based on your agency or department's discretion).

1 hr. personal profiling
6 hrs. active attacker threat response
2 hrs. bomb threat/suspicious package awareness and response
3 hrs. Static EP (Executive Protection light)
4 hrs. checkpoint operations
4 hrs. emergency planning and basic First Aid
1 hr. anti-terrorism
3 hrs. end-of-course exercise, AAR and test.
