There may be an anti-law-enforcement sentiment in the United States, but clearly, that mentality is not held by everyone as several civilians rushed to the defense of a security officer who was under attack recently in Missouri. Kudos to the Good Samaritans out there who helped the security officer. -- IFPO.

They said McGee was on the ground being held by a security officer and others when officers arrived. He was taken into custody without resistance.

People at the Metro stop told police that McGee had been intentionally stepping on their feet. When a officer escorted him from a bus he had just boarded, McGee punched the officer in the face, struck him more times and then pushed the officer to the ground until witnesses stepped in, police said.
