IFPO at 25 - Our Heritage

A lot has happened over the 25 years of the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO). Since Dennis Minion became the very first Certified Protection Officer (CPO), more than 38,000 candidates have earned the distinction of qualifying as a Certified Protection Officer.
Over the past quarter century, the security community has evolved and the Foundation has evolved to meet the needs of a professional community.
As part of that ongoing evolution, we are making our first steps into social media on Facebook (facebook.com/ifpo.org), Twitter (@IFPOnews), and in LinkedIn with both a company page and a security group.
We welcome all security professions, no matter the experience, to like, follow, join, post, tweet, or otherwise join in the conversation.
