About the conference:
The Close Protection Conference is the single largest and most influential event for the global protective security industry. This year the conference will run from December 12 to 14, 2019 at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
The CP Conference & EP Training is sponsored by the International Protective Security Board (IPSB), the only non-profit EP-centric board with the mission of elevating protection professionals' standards, opportunities, and industry insights, which is committed to delivering a unique educational and networking experience for seasoned service providers, new and aspiring EP professionals, and for representatives of all industry sectors.
The conference will once again highlight a diverse range of topics relevant to the protection industry. These topics will be covered through panels, tac-talks, speeches and other formats featuring some of the industry's most well-known leaders.
The International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO) is dedicated to providing meaningful and cost effective security training for security guards and protection officers.
We believe that education is a necessary and essential part of professional security training and the security officer’s background. IFPO serves individuals, security companies, and organizations that have their own private security staff. Our students and members benefit from the recognition and standing that the prestigious IFPO certification conveys.
