According to this news report, a Save-A-Lot grocery store security guard in North St. Louis, Mo. shot a suspected shoplifter -- who allegedly had stuffed steaks and toilet paper down his pants -- after the two struggled:
A security guard shot a suspected shoplifter at the Save-A-Lot on Riverview, in North St. Louis.
Detectives tell us the guard approached the man about his alleged crime and there was some kind of physical altercation.
