Genival Ferreira Mendes, who works for Sao Paulo-based Gocil Security, was caught allegedly putting his hands under the woman’s blouse as she rested during a break from work.

Detective Marcus Vinicius Braga claimed Mendes attacked the woman, who was unable to offer any resistance, in the early hours of Sunday morning in temporary accommodation in the Velodrome.
He said: “Mendes took advantage of the moment as the victim, a civilian firefighter, was resting in the Velodrome. While she was sleeping he put his hand underneath her uniform.”
