The IFPO praises Schaad Detective Agency Security Officer John Spadafora for his work in protecting Rabbittransit patrons and property in York, PA:

An intoxicated man urinated at a York bus station Friday night, causing scared patrons to miss their bus, and then refused to leave the area, according to charging documents.

York City Police arrested Raymond Augustus Rhoades Jr., 53, of no fixed address, and charged him with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and voiding of human excretion, documents state.
