Shaquett Thompson, 22, is charged in connection with running over a security guard's arms in San Bruno's Tanforan Mall.

From PrivateOfficerBreakingNews:

San Bruno CA Sept 24 2016 A San Francisco woman fleeing in a car from a shoplifting spree at a JC Penney in San Bruno proceeded to knock over a retail security guard and intentionally drive over her arms, police said Thursday.

The suspect, 22-year-old Shaquett Thompson, 22, is charged in connection with running over a security guard's arms in San Bruno's Tanforan Mall., was arrested following Wednesday’s incident at the Tanforan Mall and booked on suspicion of attempted murder, robbery and felony hit-and-run driving.
Thompson stole numerous items from the department store, police said.
As she was getting into a car to get away, she tussled with a loss prevention officer and somehow grabbed her arm and dragged her to the ground, said Sgt. Ryan Johansen, a spokesman for the San Bruno Police Department.
The woman backed up, struck a parked car and then sideswiped another as she moved forward, police said.
But instead of just fleeing the parking lot, she swerved and drove back to where the security guard was on the ground and ran over her arms, Johansen said.

As the woman drove away, she hit two other parked vehicles.
