International Foundation for Protection Officers Recertification Program
The International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO) Recertification Program is designed to sustain the highest standards of ethical and professional practices among protection officers, security supervisors and instructors. This voluntary certification process is based on standards that measure competency in the practice of security officers. We encourage all IFPO-certified individuals to seek recertification every two years.
The IFPO offers three convenient options for recertification. Please click on the option most applicable to you:
Option 1: Individuals who are re-certifying within the two year time frame and have met the necessary professional requirements.
Option 2: Individuals who are re-certifying within the two year time frame but have NOT met the necessary requirements.
Option 3: Individuals whose certification has expired.
